Golden Knights had a hot second period scoring three goals

Both teams scoring two goals in first period

The Vegas Golden Knights and Ottawa Senators both came out early scoring two goals each in the first period to make the game a great start for both teams. The Golden Knights are the first team to score early with a goal. 

The goal for the Golden Knights was scored by Jack Eichel who recorded his 14th goal of the season. Eichel’s goal was assisted by Ivan Barbashev who recorded his eighth assist this season and also assisted by Brett Howden who recorded his fifth assist of the season. The Eichel goal was at one minute and 37 seconds.

Five minutes and 12 seconds later the Ottawa Senators got on the board and scored a goal. The goal was scored by Josh Norris who recorded his ninth goal of the season. Norris’ goal was assisted by Tim Stützle who recorded his 23rd assist of the season and the other assisted by Jake Sanderson who recorded his tenth assist of the season. The time of the goal was at six minutes and 25 seconds.

The Ottawa Senators scored another goal four minutes 30 seconds after the first goal they scored again this time the goal was scored by Ridly Greig who recorded his third goal of the season and was assisted by Claude Giroux who recorded his 16th assist of the season and also assisted by Jakob Chychrun his 16th assist of the season. The time of the goal was at ten minutes and 55 seconds.

Towards the end of the period the Golden Knights scored another goal to let the game be a tie after the first period. The goal was scored by Jonathan Marchessault who recorded his 15th goal of the season and was assisted by Brett Howden who recorded his fourth assist of the season and the other assist was by Brayden McNabb who recorded his tenth assist of the season.

The Vegas Golden Knights have scored three goals to extend their lead by three at the end of the second period. The first goal happened at the nine minutes and 53 seconds by Nicolas Roy who recorded his fifth goal of the season and was assisted by Brett Howden who recorded his second assist in the game and his sixth assist of the game.

The second goal in the second period for Vegas happened two minutes and 22 seconds after the first goal of the period. The time of the second goal of the period was at eleven minutes and 31 seconds and was scored by Chandler Stephenson who recorded his sixth goal of the season and was assisted by Mark Stone who recorded his 20th assist of the season and first of the game.

Towards the end of the second period the Golden Knights added another goal in the period and was scored at 19 minutes and 48 seconds. This goal was scored by Nicolas Hague who recorded his fifth assist of the season and also assisted by Mark Stone who recorded his second assist of the game and his 21st of the season.

Third period Vegas seals the deal

The Vegas Golden Knights started the third period with a goal to seal the deal and put the Senators down by four. This goal was the sixth goal of the game by the Golden Knights. The goal was scored by William Karlsson and was his 14th goal of the season and was assisted by Mark Stone who recorded his third assist in the game and his 22nd assist of the season and the other assist was Jack Eichel who recorded his 22nd assist of the season. The time of the goal was at five minutes and 41 seconds.

The last goal of the game was scored by the Ottawa Senators but it wasn’t enough for them. The goal was scored by Brady Tkachuk his 14th goal of the season and was assisted by Drake Batherson who recorded his 13th assist of the season and also Josh Norris who assisted as well and recorded his seventh of the season.
