FAU football made 2 under the radar moves Thursday afternoon, promoting 2 of their staff members, as Ryan Beer was promoted to Director of Player personnel, replacing Jeff Love who was promoted to executive director of player personnel and general manager.

Prediction: FAU capitalizes on strength of schedule for rebound season
After a long off-season full of anticipation and excitement, we are mere weeks away from FAU’s season opener against Michigan State. Year two of the Tom Herman era is projected to be a breakout season for the rebuilt Owls, as FAU plans on capitalizing on a “weak” pre-season strength of schedule. FAU is currently listed at 129/134 in terms of strength of schedule.

Winners from FAU 7 on 7 high school football tournaments
Throughout this week, FAU hosted two consecutive days of high school 7on7 tournaments.
During these tournaments, high school teams from across South Florida traveled to Paradise to compete for program supremacy. As the week concluded, Monarch High and Miami Northwestern claimed the title for their respective days, but stars were shining all over.
