Both Teams scoring in first period

The Carolina Hurricanes and Vegas Golden Knights both scored goals in the first period and it was one goal each but the first team to get on the board was the Carolina Hurricanes. The Carolina Hurricanes goal was scored by Andrei Svechnikov who recorded his second goal of the season. Svechnikov goal was assisted by Brady Skjei who recorded his 14th assist of the season and also with the assist was Sebastian Aho who recorded his first of three assists in the game and his 16th of the season. The time of the goal was at ten minutes and 27 seconds.

Vegas got on the board at around the 13 minute mark and tied the game. The time of the goal was 13 minutes and 15 seconds. The goal was scored by William Carrier who recorded his fourth goal of the season and was assisted by Brayden McNabb who recorded his eleventh assist of the season and also assisting was Brett Howden who recorded his fifth assist of the season and first of two this game.

Vegas scoreless second period all Carolina

The second period the Golden Knights couldn’t score any goals during this period and struggled to score on the Hurricanes. The Hurricanes got three goals off the Golden Knights to make the score four to one at the end of the second period. The first goal happened around the four minute and 30 second mark. The real time of the goal was at four minutes and 36 seconds mark and was scored by Jordan Staal who recorded his fifth goal of the season and was assisted by Jesper Fast who recorded his sixth assist of the season. Also grabbing an assist in the game was Jordan Martinook who recorded his eighth assist of the season.

Six minutes and 25 seconds later Hurricanes scored again to put the score to be three to one Hurricanes. This goal was scored by Jesperi Kotkaniemi who is recording his ninth goal of the season. Kotkaniemi goal was assisted by Jalen Chatfield who is recording his sixth assist of the season. Also grabbing an assist was Michael Bunting who is recording his 14th of the season and first of two assists in the game.  The time of the goal was ten minutes and eleven seconds. The Hurricanes close out the period with one more goal in at the 12 minute mark and half. The goal was scored by Michael Bunting who is recording his seventh goal of the season and was assisted by Sebastian Aho who recorded his 17th assist of the season and second in the game. Also getting the assist was Brent Burns he is recording his ninth assist of the season. The time of the goal was 12 minutes and 39 seconds.

Carolina was unstoppable

The Golden Knights got two goals off the Hurricanes and it was not enough to seal the deal. The Hurricanes added two more to their score to put the game out of reach. After the two goals the Hurricanes scored six to one. The Hurricanes started early with a goal and not even 15 seconds into the period the Hurricanes scored. The real time of the goal was ten seconds. The goal was scored by Seth Jarvis who recorded his eleventh goal of the season. The assists of the goal goes to Michael Bunting who is recording his 15th assist of the season. Also grabbing his third assist of the game was Sebastian Aho who also got his 18th of the season.

Carolina final goal of the period was at the four minute mark and almost the five minute mark. The actual time of the goal was four minutes and 44 seconds and was scored by Brady Skjei who recorded his sixth goal of the season and this goal was unassisted.

Towards the end of the game the Golden Knights came in and scored two goals and the first one was at the 18th minute mark and the 36 seconds and also was at the 19th minute mark and 29 seconds. These two goals were scored by Jack Eichel who recorded his 15th goal of the season. Eichel’s goal was assisted by Nicolas Hague who recorded his sixth assist of the season and also grabbing assist was Mark Stone who picked up his 23rd assist of the season. The other goal was near the end of the game. This goal was scored by William Carrier who recorded his fifth of the season and was assisted by Brett Howden who recorded his sixth assist of the game and second of the game. Michael Amadio recorded his eleventh assist of the season.
