Fixing some early turnovers problems

During the game Warriors in the first quarter committed nine turnovers in the game and it was tied the same amount they did this season. Seven of the turnovers the Warriors had were during the Trail Blazers 21 to six run. The Warriors also gave the Trail Blazers their largest lead in the game with eleven points.

During the second quarter the Warriors did clean up their act and only had two turnovers during this quarter. During the span of this quarter the Warriors out scored the Trail Blazers 24 to nine and gave the Warriors a eight point lead.

Brandin Podziemski during this game flirted with a triple-double. During this game Podziemski had 15 points and ten rebounds with seven assists. Podziemski had grabbed at least five rebounds in eleven straight games. The longest streak by a Warriors rookie was Marc Jackson who did it in 12 consecutive games in the 2000–01 season of the NBA.

Chris Paul during the game dished out a total of eleven assists in the game. This is his third consecutive game with double digit assists.
