FAU Stays Alive With 10-8 Win Over Charlotte In AAC Tournament

After breaking out for 18 hits in their second game of the AAC Baseball Championship, FAU would be matched up with Charlotte, looking to keep their season alive. With help from Jake Millan’s two home runs, the Owls were able to power past Charlotte, despite a late attempt at a comeback. FAU will now face Tulane again, and if they can win two games over the Green Wave, they’ll be playing in the AAC championship.

UTSA Takes Game Two 3-2 In Extra Innings

After taking back to back losses by the run-rule, FAU looked to get in the win column and still have a chance to take the series against UTSA. Trey Beard delivered another very solid pitching outing, and the Owls played a solid game as a whole. However, a catcher’s interference call in the tenth inning gave UTSA the game winning run.

UTSA Run-Rules FAU 14-1 In Dominant Game One Victory

FAU welcomed in the UTSA Roadrunners for a three game set this weekend to cap off the regular season schedule. The Roadrunners were dominant from the start, taking a commanding lead right from the jump, and putting the game out of reach early. FAU’s offense struggled to plate runs and keep the Roadrunners off the board in each inning. They’ll look to bounce back after being run-ruled for the second consecutive game.

FAU Travels To Memphis After First AAC Conference Series Win

FAU travels up to Memphis following their first AAC series win against Charlotte last weekend. The Owls come into this series with a 14-8 record, while Memphis comes in with a 12-15 record. It’ll be the first time both of these teams meet, and the Owls look to get back on track after suffering a blowout loss in the final game against Charlotte on Sunday.

Welcome to AAC Action- FAU defeats ECU backed by 2 clutch performances

The first half brought back memories of the FGCU loss, but the Owls didn’t let the slow start phase them. FAU outscored ECU 44-28 in the second half and used 20-point performances from both Alijah Martin and Johnell Davis to defeat the Pirates 79-64.

FAU tops Tulsa 20-17 to win American Athletic Conference debut

The FAU Owls won their inaugural AAC matchup against the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes on Saturday night 20-17.  

The Owls came out fast in front of an enthusiastic home crowd of 21,077 at FAU Stadium.  Striking first and playing fast the Owls scored on their first two drives thanks to sophomore defensive back Jayden Williams finterception
