Vegas started early with a goal
The Golden Knights got on the board during the seven minute mark. The real time of the goal was at seven minutes and 38 seconds and scored by Jack Eichel who recorded his 16th goal of the season and was assisted by Ivan Barbashev who recorded his tenth assist of the season and also getting assist is Mark Stone who is picking up his 25th assist of the season.
Second period Vegas gets 2 goals as Kings get 1
The Golden Knights got the second period early with a goal in two minutes and 27 seconds and was scored by Michael Amadio who recorded his sixth goal of the season and was assisted by Pavel Dorofeyev who recorded his fifth assist of the season and also grabbing assist was Brayden McNabb who is recording his 14th assist of the season. The score after this was two to nothing Golden Knights.
The Kings finally got on the board at around the 13 minute mark. The goal was scored by Anze Kopitar who is recording his 14th goal of the season and was assisted by Adrian Kempe who got his 20th assist of the season and also getting assist is Vladislav Gavrikov who is recording his fifth assist of the season. The time of the goal was 13 minutes and seven seconds. This goal put the Kings within one goal from the Golden Knights.
Shortly after the Kings goal the Golden Knights scored again making the score three to one Golden Knights. This goal was scored by William Karlsson who is recording his 15th goal of the season and was assisted by Paul Cotter who recorded his tenth assist of the season and also getting assist was Alex Pietrangelo who recorded his 14th assist of the season. The time of the goal was 14 minutes and 42 seconds.
Kings late goal made it one goal difference
The Los Angeles Kings scored a really late goal at the 18 minute mark to make the game a one goal difference. The score of the game when this goal was made it was three to two Golden Knights. The Golden Knights just wrapped up their 2023 with a win on home ice and they will return to action on New Year’s Day to play the Kraken in the Winter Classic and that game is going to be the start of the 2024 part of the season.
