2024 NFL Draft Cheat Sheet: #6-#10

Published by: AK98

With the end of the college football season & all conference championships played, expert analysts have a good idea of who is staying put in college, who is entering the NFL Draft, and where they will be positioned in next month’s draft. Most of you know the household names in college football, but many of you don’t know the 3rd-7th round players who may not only fill out your favorite team’s roster, but will be impact players in the foreseeable future.

And since you asked for a cheat sheet to the 2024 NFL Draft test, I’m here to oblige. Over the next few days, weeks, & months, I will be releasing updated prospect ratings (especially after the combine and player’s Pro Day) for the top 75 players in college football, five players at a time. This way, it’s a steady dose of learning as opposed to cramming information, with no real retention of the material you just read.

As promised, here are the 2024 NFL Draft prospects, as I see them, rated #6-#10:
  • 6. EDGE Laiatu Latu, UCLA:
  • Latu’s pass-rushing skills make him the top prospect in his category for the 2024 class, with excellent hand usage, reaction time, and athleticism.
  •
  • #7. T Joe Alt, Notre Dame:
  • Alt’s impressive height of 6-foot-8 and his ability to leverage his size and maintain technique make him a standout offensive tackle.
  •
  • 8. WR Malik Nabers, LSU:
  • Nabers stands out for his exceptional body control and route-running abilities, marking him as a future key player in an NFL passing game.
  •
  • 9. DI Jer’Zhan Newton, Illinois:
  • Newton is a versatile interior defensive lineman, effective in both run defense and pass-rushing, with quick reflexes and hand speed despite a smaller frame.
  •
  • 10. WR Rome Odunze, Washington:
  • Odunze’s combination of size, speed, and strength, along with his ability to excel in contested catches and his impressive speed statistics, make him a valuable wide receiver prospect.
