NFL Power Rankings
NFL Power Rankings Week 11
- Las Vegas Raiders (2-7)
The Raiders were luckily on bye this past week, they have to go to Miami to play a tough Dolphins team on Sunday. Will they get back in the win column? Probably not.
- New York Giants (2-8)
As long as this team keeps playing Daniel Jones, do not expect them to score enough points to win their football game. One positive of their season is rookies Malik Nabers and Tyrone Tracy have been great for them.
- Jacksonville Jaguars (2-8)
This Jaguars team is allergic to winning, they have underperformed mightily this year. Trevor Lawrence has been on fraud watch all year. Their defense played the Vikings tough at least.
- Tennessee Titans (2-7)
The Chargers beat the Titans by double digits this past weekend (shocker). Until they get a real quarterback offensive mind Brian Callahan is limited in what he can do as a coach.
- Cleveland Browns (2-7)
The Browns were on bye this past weekend, they get a chance at a bad Saints team this weekend. However the Saints are coming off a win against the Falcons after firing their head coach, it won’t be an easy task for Cleveland.
- New England Patriots (3-7)
Even with the worst Patriots team I have ever seen in my lifetime, they somehow have 3 wins this year. Impressive, with an improved roster next year I could see them back in the playoff race.
- New Orleans Saints (3-7)
I guess firing Dennis Allen was all it took for the Saints to get back in the win column. Any time they can get a win over their division rival Falcons you know it is a sweet feeling.
- Carolina Panthers (3-7)
Two wins in a row for this Carolina team and rookie head coach Dave Canales, it is clear he is a players coach and cares for them. It is great to see Bryce Young playing with confidence right now, I am rooting for the Panthers.
- Chicago Bears (4-5)
The Bears are playing some rough football right now, they didn’t even look competitive against the Patriots. Head coach Matt Eberflus is entering the hot seat, this team looks confused.
- Dallas Cowboys (3-6)
Dallas got smoked by their division rival this past weekend, it was a slaughter house for Philadelphia. They might have a top 10 draft pick by the end of the year at this rate.
- New York Jets (3-7)
The Jets got it handed to them by Arizona this past weekend, simply this is not a good football team. Their team is confused, directionless, and relying on aging veterans at key positions to keep them competitive.
- Indianapolis Colts (4-6)
The Colts surprisingly looked pretty competitive against a very good Buffalo Bills team, they were in it for a large majority of the game. If they want to be a playoff team they have to be able to stay in games like that a little longer.
- Seattle Seahawks (4-5)
In their last six games, the Seahawks are 1-5. Yikes.
- Los Angeles Rams (4-5)
The Rams dropped an important game at home against Miami, in order to stay in the NFC West race they needed to win that one. Their offensive line struggles and inability to pick up the blitz was apparent. Stafford played a below average game for his standards last night.
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-6)
The Buccaneers were competitive against a very good 49ers team, but being competitive only means so much. They travel to the Meadowlands in two weeks with a real opportunity to get back in the win column.
- Miami Dolphins (3-6)
Big win for Miami last night against a decent Rams team on the road. Tua Tagovailoa played a clean game in the second half after turning the ball over in the first. The defense was outstanding all night, they created turnovers, were dominant on third down, and didn’t allow a singular touchdown. Jason Sanders also deserves his props, he was lights out.
- Cincinnati Bengals (4-6)
The Bengals lost on Thursday night football this past week in an offensive shootout, there were a combined 69 points scored. Not good that the Bengals couldn’t pick up a win, they can’t afford to drop many more games this season or they could miss a wildcard spot.
- Denver Broncos (5-5)
So so so so so close for Denver to defeating the undefeated Chiefs. A blocked chip shot field goal away from a win. America was pissed on Sunday, Denver played a great game regardless.
- Atlanta Falcons (6-4)
Unacceptable loss for Atlanta on Sunday, they needed that one against their division rival. Their offense wasn’t playing like they usually do and the defense gave up critical plays when they needed a stop.
- Los Angeles Chargers (6-3)
The Jim Harbaugh led Chargers keep on winning. Don’t get confused, the Chargers are a serious player in the AFC with him, Justin Herbert, and a really well coached defense.
- Washington Commanders (7-3)
Washington dropped a stinker at home to the Steelers, a team I believe they are better than. They had their chances but blew it. Mike Williams got open late in the game for a touchdown and rookie defensive tackle Johnny Newton jumped offsides when they had a chance to get the ball back.
- Pittsburgh Steelers (7-2)
The Steelers keep on winning, Russell Wilson is playing good ball from the pocket. His ability to drop back and pass gives the Steelers chances to be competitive against the best teams in the NFL.
- Arizona Cardinals (6-4)
Stay out of the Cardinals way right now, because they are red hot. Three weeks ago they beat Miami on the road, last week they destroyed the Bears, and this week they slaughtered Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets. Are the Cardinals a sneaky team to watch in the NFC? I believe so.
- San Francisco 49ers (5-4)
It’s refreshing to see Christian McCaffrey back for the 49ers, they snuck a win against the Buccaneers this past weekend. A win is a win.
- Houston Texans (6-4)
The Texans forced Jared Goff to throw 5 interceptions and they still lost, why is that? Well their play calling and quarterback play has not been up to standard the last few weeks. Stroud is playing in tough conditions with an injured receiving core and playing behind the chains most drives. Play caller Bobby Slowik needs to do a better job.
- Green Bay Packers (6-3)
The Packers were on bye this past weekend and get to play the ice cold Bears on the 17th, I am expecting a big win for Green Bay then.
- Philadelphia Eagles (7-2)
The Eagles are red hot since the beginning of the year, and put the beat down on the Cowboys this past weekend. That’s gotta be a great thing to hear if you are an Eagles fan.
- Minnesota Vikings (7-2)
A win is a win, that is the motto for the Vikings right now. The Vikings defense was absolutely dominant for Minnesota, Brian Flores has that unit playing excellent ball right now. Will he get another head coaching opportunity?
- Buffalo Bills (8-2)
Double digit win on the road for Buffalo, sounds good! The Bills have a firm grasp on yet again another AFC East title, and it’s only the second week of November.
- Baltimore Ravens (7-3)
Thursday night win against a division rival, you bet. The Ravens are a buzzsaw right now, stay out of their way.
- Detroit Lions (8-1)
Jared Goff threw 5 interceptions and the Detroit Lions still won the football game. That’s what good teams do, they still win when their best players have poor games. Defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn deserves massive props, his unit stepped up in a huge way.
- Kansas City Chiefs (9-0)
How the Chiefs are 9-0 right now is beyond me, and how they blocked that field goal to stay undefeated is beyond me. America will be hate watching for another week. Regardless, the Chiefs are obviously still the number 1 team in the NFL for another week.
