Pittsburgh, PA.- The Pitt. Panthers have opened up the season with a bang.
7-0 on the year, #18 team in the Country. Pitt is a good football team. With their surge to the top of the ACC, the Panthers’ recruiting prowess has skyrocketed over the past few weeks.
One of Pitt’s top prospects, 4-Star DB Jaydin Broadnax, made his way to campus for Thursday’s matchup vs Syracuse. Broadnax, a 6 foot 3, 2026 defensive back from West Boca Raton, Florida is one of the nation’s top prospects. Despite being early in his recruiting process, Jaydin Broadnax has already received 30 Division I FBS offers; including Michigan, Louisville, Penn St., and Tennessee.
As previously stated, Broadnax was in attendance for Pitt’s 41-13 victory over Syracuse. After having a few days to reflect on his trip, here’s my full interview with Jaydin Broadnax:
Christian: “Jaydin, how would you describe the gameday visit to Pitt.?”
Jaydin: “My experience at ‘Cuse v Pitt was awesome! I had a lot of fun, the atmosphere was electric. You can tell that Pitt fans are all in on the team and will always support them.”
Christian: What was your biggest takeaway about the team from Thursday’s game?
Jaydin: “My biggest takeaway from Thursday was the defense’s ability to create turnovers. As a ballhawk, I like setting the tone early, throwing the offense off their game and not letting up, even when up big. I could see myself fitting in very well on this defense.”
Christian: Where does your recruiting process go from here?
Jaydin: I’m very excited to continue my recruiting process with the entire Pitt staff. Hail2Pitt!
