The Golden State Warriors defended the New York Knicks in a game with the final being 110 to 99 in the Madison Square Garden. In this contest Stephen Curry had a three pointer that was made with 17 seconds into the game giving the Warriors an early lead. This lead the Warriors had the remaining 47 plus minutes to win their seventh consecutive game on the road
Klay Thompson is responsible for 25 of the Warriors 59 points from being on the bench in their win over the Washington Wizards 123 to 112. Jonathan Kuminga had 21 points in the contest and was ten for 12 for shooting and Stephen Curry had a total of 18 points all of which happened during the second half.
Despite the start from Klay Thompson the Warriors gave up their 16 point lead against the Nuggets making the final score Nuggets 119 and Warriors 103 in the Chase Center. On Sunday this was the Warriors second loss against the defending champions. Also this is the first loss since the All Star Break since the Warriors started the half two and zero.
The Warriors tonight held the Hornets to only 29 points in the first half making it the fewest points allowed in the NBA in a half this season. The Warriors had now just scored over 125 points or more in four straight games. The Warriors now have won ten out of the 12 games and snapped the Hornets four game winning streak.
The Warriors show no slowing down after the all star break winning another game making it a two game winning streak. The Warriors had no rust entering the game and their two all stars didn’t show any slowing down. Stephen Curry led the team with 32 points in the game Andrew Wiggins also made 20 points in the game for the Warriors
Klay Thompson scored a season high 35 points and has now eclipsed over 15,000 points in his career and the Warriors narrowing beating the Utah Jazz 140 to 137 on Thursday. Draymond Green also has set a record as well in the game with his season high 23 points as the Warriors also have tied their highest scoring regulation game this season.
Stephen Curry had 41 points in the game and Brandin Podziemski had 25 points which means Curry and Podziemski combined for 66 points in the game as the Warriors couldn’t hold onto the win against the Clippers 130 to 125 a five point game difference. The Warriors largest lead in the game was 15 points where they outscord the Clippers 44 to 28.
Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry had a difference of one point from each other. Thompson had 26 points in the game and Curry on the other hand had 25 points in the contest
Two of the stars of the game Stephen Curry and Kevin Durant who were former teammates when Durant was in Golden State. Both of these players had double digit points in the quarter. Durant had ten points in the second quarter and for Curry it was 12 points in the third quarter.
