We head back to Gulfstream after a successful to Oaklawn yesterday for Pi Day, and today, the Ides of March, we look towards getting another winner out there for everyone. Post time for this race is approximately 3:10 pm Eastern time.
Happy Pi Day everyone! Let’s head down to Oaklawn Park for today’s eighth race, as older horses who have never won two races will sprint six furlongs. Post time for the penultimate race of the day will be at approximately 5:22 pm Eastern Time.
It’s Wednesday, so that means we head to Tampa Bay Downs for today’s edition of Quills Picks Winners, which is a $20,000 claimer for older female horses going a mile and 40 yards on the main track. The seven fillies and mares will head to the gate at approximately 2:55 pm Eastern time.
We stay at Parx for the Tuesday Quills Picks Winners, as once again, we will look at race six today as we have older horses going a mile and 70 yards. These $7500 claimers who have not won a race in the last three months will go to the post at approximately 2:59 pm Eastern time.

Happy Sunday everyone, and I hope that everyone not in the states of Arizona and Hawaii moved their clocks forward an hour early this morning, because we now have the sun setting an hour later. Also, it means that Santa Anita appears to be starting their card today at 4 pm Eastern, and their featured race the China Doll Stakes will be at 7:11 pm Eastern time today.
Happy Saturday and hopefully everyone is doing well out there wherever you are, as today we will catch the signature race of the 2023-2024 Tampa Bay Downs meet as it is Tampa Bay Derby Day. We have 10 three-year-olds entered for today’s race which will award 50 points to the winner, essentially giving the winner a position in the gate for the Kentucky Derby on the first Saturday in May.
