Dolphins put former FAU WR Je’Quan Burton at RB in preseason game

Out of necessity the Miami Dolphins have found a new way to use former FAU WR Je’Quan Burton in today’s 13-6 preseason victory over the Commanders.

Midway through the 3rd quarter following an injury to 3rd string running back Chris Brooks, the Dolphins opted to sub in Burton at the position rather than have De’Von Achane suit back up.

Throughout this week, FAU hosted two consecutive days of high school 7on7 tournaments.

During these tournaments, high school teams from across South Florida traveled to Paradise to compete for program supremacy. As the week concluded, Monarch High and Miami Northwestern claimed the title for their respective days, but stars were shining all over.
