Talladega Superspeedway has announced its schedule for its two 2024 racing weekends.
NASCAR released its 2024 schedule this week, including dates at Talladega Superspeedway in April and October.
The April schedule:
Saturday, April 20: NASCAR Xfinity Series Ag-Pro 300, 3 p.m., FOX television coverage
Sunday, April 21: NASCAR Cup Series GEICO 500, 2 p.m., FOX television coverage
The October schedule:
Friday, Oct. 4: NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Love’s RV Stop 250, 4 p.m. FS1 television coverage
Saturday, Oct. 5: NASCAR Xfinity Series, 2:30 p.m., NBC television coverage
Sunday, Oct. 6: NASCAR Cup Series YellaWood 500, 1 p.m., NBC television coverage
All three of the October races will be part of the playoffs of their respective series.
“Talladega has always been a staple on the NASCAR schedule, with so many historic and incredible racing moments taking place at this track,” Brian Crichton, Talladega Superspeedway track president, said in a news release. “We showed this past weekend how exciting Playoff racing is at Talladega, and we are thrilled we get to welcome back a full weekend of championship battles for our fans on our high banks next season.”
