We head to Horseshoe Indianapolis for today’s QPW. We have 13 Indiana-bred horses going a mile and a sixteenth in the To Much Coffee Handicap. Post time for this race is set for approximately 6:49 pm Eastern time.
Horseshoe Indianapolis Race 10 – To Much Coffee Handicap
Favored in today’s race is the 4 Demolisher (5/2 morning line). He is 4 for 4 lifetime, progressing through the state bred races here at Horseshoe Indy. He will be close to the pace and make his winning move in the stretch. He has won on turf, like last time out, and also his first three races on the main track like today.
The 5 Run Away Rojo (9/2 ML) returns after a two-month break. He might challenge the favorite on the lead here, but when you look at the fractions from his races, he would be significantly behind the favorite if they ran the same race.
The 9 Highest Memories (8/1 ML) won four of his last five races, including the Empire Handicap. Last time out he was wide and closed to win that race. He has won on the front end and off the pace like he did last time out.
Like Demolisher, the 10 Zolo (7/2 ML) raced on the turf last time out and finished third to today’s favorite. It will be interesting if he is on the lead or not with his gate on the outside.

There is a distinct possibility that we have the best horse on Horseshoe Indianapolis’ grounds in this race. I’m interested in seeing where Demolisher goes from here especially if he wins.
He has the setup here where he can lead or be right off pace and make what has become his patented winning move. He will do that here today once again. Let’s call this 4-9-5-10 and my play is $20 to win on the 4. Best of luck everyone!
