Moody second consecutive game 20+ points

Moses Moody scored a team high 21 points in the Warriors lost to the Pelicans 141 to 105. This is Moody first time going back to back games scoring 20+ points in a game and his first time in his career. They finished the longest homestand of the season with a two wins and five loss record and they dropped their overall record to 17-20.

Pelicans started hot early

The Warriors trailed by as many of 19 points in the opening quarter this was due to the Pelicans being red hot shooting. The Pelicans shot nine of their 16 three pointers attempted this quarter compared to the Warriors five of 13 three pointers attempts. Moody was the first Warrior player off the bench and nailed his first two three pointerts attempts. The Warriors give up the most points of 46 points and they give up nine three pointers they gave up in one quarter all season long.

Warriors bounced back in second quarter

The Golden State Warriors had a bounce back and shot for 60% from the field in the second quarter outscoring the Pelicans 33-27. Stephen Curry and Moses Moody each nailed two three pointers in the quarter. Trayce Jackson-Davis also got back to back slams that made the crowd go nuts.

Moody gets the go ahead to start second half

Moses Moody had 12 points in the first half then Stephen Curry had 13 points in the first half. These are the only players that had double figures and had a positive plus minus in the first half. With this impact Moody replaced Brandin Podziemski in the second half. Moody finished the game with a season high tying 21 points and a season record of seven three pointers made.
