Canucks score two goals within seven minutes
The Vancouver Canucks started things off with a goal in the six minutes and one second mark and it was a power play goal that was scored by Quinn Hughes who is recording his 13th goal of the season. Hughes goal was assisted by Elias Pettersson who picked up his 47th assist of the season. Also grabbing an assist was Brock Boeser who picked up his 29th assist of the season.
55 seconds later the Canucks scored another goal this time it was scored by Phillip Di Giuseppe his fourth goal of the season and was assisted by Nils Hoglander who recorded his tenth assist of the season and also getting the assist was Noah Juulsen who is recording his sixth assist of the season. The time of the goal was six minutes and 56 seconds.
Both teams scored in second period
The Vegas Golden Knights scored the first goal within the first four minutes of the second period. The person who scored the Golden Knights only goal of the game was Michael Amadio who picked up his 12th goal of the season.
