Scuilla’s Sharp, College Football Bets of Week 11:

The week 11 slate of college football is among us. Last week was another .500 week, where my
bet of the week missed for just the second time all year. This is not up to standard and I
apologize. Last week’s results make our overall record 27-23 (54% win percentage). Let’s get
into it.

Wisconsin +7.5 vs Oregon:
This is my bet of the week. Oregon is obviously an extremely good football team, but I really do
like Wisconsin’s chances to stay in the game especially in the first half. Wisconsin is a first half
football game, they always come out ready to play. Even in the games that they lost, they
covered the first half spread. Not to mention, this game is being played at Camp Randall. Give
me Bucky +7.5 in the first half against the #1 ranked team in the nation.

Temple -2.5 vs Florida Atlantic:
Temple is hosting one of the most struggling football teams in the country this weekend. FAU
has just fired their defensive coordinator Roc Bellantoni, a move that caught a lot of people off
guard. The Owls defense has struggled this year, but more specifically their last 4 games.
Regardless, Owls defenders fought for Coach Roc, and I am not sure how hungry they will be
now that he is gone. Both teams are 2-7, but I believe Temple is still much more bought in to
their program than FAU currently is.

Washington State -12 vs New Mexico:
Washington State football might be the least talked about top 20 football team in college
football history. They are playing a New Mexico team that is coming off a win against San Diego
State, I think it will be back to reality for them this weekend where Washington State will run up
the score with a playoff spot on the line.

California -8.5 vs Syracuse:
Syracuse is making the trip out west to play Cal in ACC play, sounds weird to say. I really like
California here, all their losses are to good teams close. The public is fully fading this bet, I think
that they could definitely have a double digit win against Syracuse.

Cincinnati +7.5 vs Iowa State
This pick has a little less football substance, and more so all signs are pointing to a Cincy cover.
The line started at +9.5 and moved to +7.5. Also 92% of the public betters are taking Iowa State.
I am all over this, give me Cincinnati like it is 2021.
