The Warriors tonight held the Hornets to only 29 points in the first half making it the fewest points allowed in the NBA in a half this season. The Warriors had now just scored over 125 points or more in four straight games. The Warriors now have won ten out of the 12 games and snapped the Hornets four game winning streak.

The Warriors held the Charlotte Hornets to only 29 points, the fewest points in a half this season in the NBA. The Warriors only surrendered 15 points in the first quarter and 14 points in the second quarter, marking it their lowest scoring quarters for an opponent with two low scores this season.

The Warriors previous opponent score was a low 44 points. Meaning that the Hornets high scoring quarter was 15 as a margin. The Hornets averaged 25. Nine in the first quarter. 

Stephen Curry moves to ten and four versus brother

Stephen Curry and his Brother Seth Curry went head to head tonight and their father Dell was in town for the game. Seth wears the same number as his father Dell. Dell is the color commentator for the Hornets. Stephen Curry was the lead scoring brother with 15 points making Stephen Curry record to ten and four.

Podziemski made a ankle breaking play

During the game Brandin Podziemski caught the Hornets napping on the play and made Vasilije Micic slip up with a ankle breaking crossover knocking him down to the floor after a mid range jumper to cap off the third quarter.

At the end of the game Podziemski ended the game with 13 points, six rebounds and assists. He outscored his rising stars teammate and the second round pick of the Warriors in the 2023 draft. Brandon Miller in the game had eleven points.

The Warriors will stay home at the Chase Center for a while and they are scheduled to play the Nuggets on Sunday at four PM pacific time.
