Close First period for both teams
The Nashville Predators started things off early with a goal with almost six minutes into the first period. The Predators are the first team on the board with a goal by Luke Evangelista who recorded his eleventh goal of the season and two players got the assists off the goal. The first person recording their 40th assist of the season is Roman Josi. The second player grabbing an assist was Ryan McDonagh he is recording his 14th assist of the season. The time of the goal was five minutes and 35 seconds.
Nine minutes and 32 seconds later the Vegas Golden Knights just tied the game with a goal of their own and was scored by Alex Pietrangelo who recorded his third goal of the season. Two players picking up assists. The first player grabbing an assist is Alec Martinez who recorded his eleventh assist of the season and also getting an assist is Chandler Stephenson who is picking up his 21st assist of the season. The time of the goal was 14 minutes and nine seconds.
Towards the end of the period the Nashville Predators found a way to score during the 19th minute mark during the game. Cody Glass who recorded his second NHL goal of the season there are two players grabbing an assist on that goal from Glass and they are Roman Josi his 41st assist of the season. The other player is Yakov Trenin who recorded his fourth assist of the season. The time of the goal was 19 minutes and eight seconds.
All Predators second period
The Nashville Predators scored two goals in the second period and were separated for seven minutes and 52 seconds. The goal was scored by Tommy Novak who is recording his assist are two players the first person was by Ryan McDonagh who recorded his 15th assist of the season. The other assist went to Alexandre Carrier who recorded his 12th assist of the season.
The second goal of the period for the Predators was scored by Cole Smith who recorded his seventh goal of the season. The goal was assisted by Michael McCarron who recorded his seventh assist of the season and also grabbing an assist was Kiefer Sherwood who recorded his eighth assist of the season. The time of the goal was 15 minutes and 58 seconds.
Vegas attempted a comeback but got stop short
The Vegas Golden Knights try to make a comeback but they are just stopped short. The Golden Knights scored two goals in the third period but it was not enough for them. The first goal was scored not even a minute in the period. This goal was a power play goal that was scored by William Karlsson who recorded his 18th goal of the season. Grabbing the assist was two players Nicolas Roy who recorded his 21st assist of the season and Shea Theodore recorded his 15th assist of the season. The time of the goal was 47 seconds.
Towards the end of the period the Golden Knights scored a late goal at the 17 minute mark and one second and this goal was not enough for them. This goal was scored by Michael Amadio who recorded his ninth goal of the season. The goal was assisted by Alec Martinez who recorded his 12th assist of the season. Also grabbing an assist was Paul Cotter who recorded his 14th assist of the season.
The Predators scored an empty net in the 18th minute by Gustav Nyquist and it was Nyquist 13th goal of the season. The goal was unassisted and the time of the goal was 18 minutes and eleven seconds.
